I Finally checked out Chicken Salad Chick after a very long time of wanting to try it out. The atmosphere is very nice. The place was clean and inviting. I got the Olivia's Old South style Chicken Salad on a Croissant with a side of Mac &Cheese. I have had many Southern Style Chicken Salad Sandwiches, however, this was not like any of those. The Salad wasn't bad, just different from what I was expecting. I added Mustard and some more Mayo to help it out. The Croissant was very good. Fresh, flaky and not hard or tough. There was definitely not enough Salad on the Sandwich. The Mac &Cheese was not as pleasant. The Noodles were overcooked and the Cheese was grainy and not smooth like a melted C...
If you're a fan of Chicken Salad, this is definitely the place for you! They offer a wide variety of flavors—fruity, nutty, spicy, or simply classic. My go-to is the Fancy Nancy served on toasted wheat berry bread; I really enjoy the combination of grapes and nuts in it. Each sandwich or scoop comes with a side, a pickle, and a cookie, which is a nice touch. I particularly love the grape salad, which is mixed in a sweet, creamy yogurt dressing and topped with brown sugar and pecans—it's delicious! While it’s not the lightest option calorie-wise, the prices are quite reasonable. Plus, you can also take tubs of chicken salad home with you!
Everything is fantastic! I’m generally not a fan of chicken salad, but my friends brought me here and I was pleasantly surprised. I really appreciate that they offer samples. This location has the BEST customer service. A big shoutout to the General Manager, Courtney, who went above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. I visited for the first time last weekend and have returned four times in the past week. It’s so delicious and truly addictive! I also love that it doesn’t leave me feeling bloated afterward. I highly recommend this place!
Such a charming place! They have a fun and quirky aesthetic that really stands out. The cups are adorable, and the quotes on the bathroom wall were fantastic—I couldn't help but take a picture! I especially loved the vibe of the outdoor seating. After ordering, the food is brought right to your table, whether you're sitting inside or outside. The presentation of the food is just lovely. I had a chicken salad sandwich that came with a side (I chose pasta salad), and it also included the surprisingly delicious tiny pre-wrapped cookie.

Such a cute spot!! They have a very specific “chick” aesthetic (punny). Their cups are super cute, the sayings/quotes on the bathroom wall were great, I had to take a picture Love the outdoor seating vibe most. Your food is brought to your table after ordering (indoor or outdoor). Again, aesthetically pleasing food appearance. I had chicken salad on a sandwich which comes with a side (I chose pasta salad) also comes with the oddly BEST tiny prewrapped cookie.
The salad options were impressive. I tried the onion salad, and it was amazing. My parents really enjoy this place and are regular customers. The poblano soup was delicious, and I regret not saving some to dip my sandwich in! A rich, creamy tomato soup paired with a cheesy toasted chicken sandwich for dipping would be perfect.
I ordered the Chicken Salad BLT, which featured chicken salad, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon on a toasted wheat berry sandwich. It also came with a side of excellent macaroni and cheese and refreshing watermelon tea. Plus, you get a small cookie with your meal.
I enjoyed the Barbie-Q and Sassy Scotty sandwiches, both of which were delicious! We opted to dine in, and our food was brought to our table in under five minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch here!

As it was our first time at a chicken salad chick restaurant, the lady that took our order had to explain it to me more than once. But now we get it and we liked it very much.
Absolutely loved this place!! Very clean! Awesome friendly staff! Plus the food is amazing! The prices are very reasonable! Can't wait to go back!!
