Chicken Shack Grosse Pointe

Potatos were dry, very little butter sauce. Chicken nugget portions got much smaller as the prices skyrocketed. No surprise. I ordered ahead, and they lost my order between the register in the kitchen. When I came to pick up my order, they did not inform me of it. I paid after paying, they informed me they had lost my order. They would not refund my money. They told me 3 minutes, it was 15. Total time spent at Chicken Shack 45 min.

Rib dinner was cold, zero butter on Potatoes. We placed order on line, picked up 15 minutes later, no customers at all in restaurant when husband got there, no other carry out orders ready to be picked up so they were not busy, very disappointing for a $24.00 meal. Hopefully this was just a fluke as this is our go-to Chicken Shack location.

Ordered a rib dinner with green beans. Falling off-the-bone ribs and fresh-cut green beans. Friendly service and fast. 10 minute wait for my food. Jakayla and the Sunday am crew were great ???? Vegetarian options: All sides are vegetarian friendly

It's worth waiting for your food because the food is so delicious and piping hot I'm just thinking about it as I'm speaking Parking: Parking is right in front of the place and on the side you have to pay for parking Reserva una mesa ahora

Chicken has zero flavor and it's probably dry if they rush your order. Only thing good is the potatoes here. I've had every variation of chicken and been disappointed every time never had the ribs though

Wonderful customer service! I got the slab dinner and it was the best ribs I have had in a long time. Very tender and the sides were great. Thank you .

Potatoes not season, the chicken tasted like old grease and the Cole slaw was soupy. Not a good catering experience

Order the rib dinner with roasted potatoes love the potatoes. The rids are fall off the bone as usual.
