Usually you?d expect employees to greet you , kind language attention to make sure the customer has a great experience. My family and I would come frequently after church service. This time it was terrible coming here. The minute we entered the restaurant, all the employees were ignoring customers, foul language, most of the women responding with an attitude and playing around with the boys. While I was ordering with my husband the person was completely out of it. We kept repeating our order, he had shades inside, no manners and even gave me looks in front of my husband. What kind of person does that? While eating with my in laws they were singing songs with curse words while there were a go...

Chick-fil-a is always delicious, but the mobile order drive through is a mess at this location and the service was not what it usually is for this company. If you come here, I'd only use the normal drive through. I did mobile order because I was in a hurry and it probably took at least 4x longer than if I had just gone through the drive through and paid on site. The two cars behind me got their food, and I was still waiting. No one would acknowledge my presence for me to ask if there was an issue (it was not busy- lots of employees standing around), and the way the line is set up, I was blocking the people behind me who already got their food from leaving, so I finally parked and went inside...

Worst drive thru experience! Saturday 10:20am. Mobile order breakfast. Get in mobile order line and scan at 10:31. App notice says you CANCELED our order because breakfast was over! Line not moving so we order frosted coffees only. Line not moving for 10 min! Only 4 cars in front. 2 behind us gets food delivered after 10 min! We finally drive up and employees don't seem to know what is going on or what to do next. I yell out what our order is, thinking that shouldn't take this long to make. Cars are just leaving the line out of frustration because not being served. A guy, seems to be a manager but a with a deer in the headlights look! Man has this chickfila gone downhill. I frequent this location VERY often and the quality control just keeps letting me down time and time again now. I don?t know what?s happening or why. Almost every time I go or order for delivery, there?s something wrong or missing from my order, I don?t even want to complain anymore. This time, I ordered the new bbq sandwich, it comes with cheese? yet it was not included. How? Thank goodness we checked the bag before pulling off. I asked someone for help as I was in curbside and they bought me out a slice of cheese lol. I guess I?m supposed to warm the sandwich up myself so the cheese will melt, wilting the lettuce with my one piece of bacon and one squi...

No fast food place is perfect, but this Chick-fil-A tries to be the hardest. There is hardly any mistake and everyone who was there knows how efficient their system is. While there are occasional errors that I would say are more likely in the later hours of the evening, 9 times from 10 of order is correct and the food is really well prepared. It also helps that it has been converted and is really beautiful inside and outside. I miss the well. There is a reason why this Chick-fil-A was/is one of the highest gross locations in the country.

I placed an order online and went to the store to pick up my order after 20 minutes. It took a while to be greeted; after a while s lady asked me the purpose of waiting and asked my name. She checked and found that the order is not ready and she said I don 't see your name here . She was identified as a manager named L na . She denied a proper eye contact and she presented an unpleasant body language to me in front of other customers. I waited there another 10 minutes and then walked out of the store and cancelled my online order.

Chick fil a! This is the 3rd time y'all messed up my order. 3 strikes you're out. I rave about how Bowie is popping with this restaurant and others but no more. Sorry. 5 stars went to 3 stars. Food is still good when the order is right. I'm disappointed but I'm sure you will work it out. I have faith.

The Manager in title Lorna is horrible. She wanted to argue about a fry order that wasn 't fulfilled. She needs customer service interpersonal training. No surprise that chick fil a failed last year in overall net promoter scores. I 've reported this location and Lorna to the Better Business Bureau!

I like the fries and the chic fil a sauce as a dipper. The customer use to be better. The youth are not rude, not at all, but seem to be more focused on the teenage seen than before.

Place was empty and clean! Cashier was nice and our order was done within 10 minutes.
