I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Chick-fil-A in Farmington! I needed to place a last-minute order for over 40 chicken sandwiches for a business function, and I was worried about the timing, especially since I came in during the busy lunch rush. But Melissa and Tom handled everything flawlessly. Despite the rush, they greeted me with smiles, stayed incredibly organized, and made the whole process feel effortless. Not once did they make me feel like I was overwhelming them with such a big order on short notice. Instead, they were accommodating, efficient, and genuinely happy to help. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, and everything was ready right when I needed it....
Within the last few months, this place has gone downhill. I’ll get an incorrect order, the fries are over cooked, they forgot a sauce or the chick fila sandwich is ridiculously salty. My last salad didn’t have a filet on it, just crumbled pieces of chicken and the lettuce is wilted. My kale salad was bone dry and already going rancid. It’s confusing because when they first opened everything was 95% perfect. I don’t mind if they are busy and I have to wait, all I ask is my order is correct.
I am mad because they told my boyfriend and I that they were cleaning the ice cream machine and we couldn’t get a shake meanwhile it was only 9:20pm and they close at 10:00pm. I think that is it sad considering those peppermint milkshakes are seasonal. We were deprived of a peppermint milkshake. #mean #notveryjolly Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

It's fine! It's what you expect at chick fil a. It was 30 degrees and they have someone standing outside with a tablet instead of just using the drive through speaker. As usual, the experience at the Flemington Chick Fil A is excellent. They’re still doing some construction on the mobile through lane. Food is good, staff is friendly, and it is always clean. They did forget one item on my order but it was incredibly busy. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
That cold wrap was sooooo dry and the customer service is lacking inside. They were all huddled and dismissive towards the customers. Also later did i find out they forgot my sauce...for.my wrap. Which couldve prevented it from being super dry! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
