This was arguably the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. The young lady taking our order talked over us the entire time and insisted she had it right, even though we were questioning her because she clearly wasn't listening. When we got to the window, our order was wrong. It was an easy fix, but when we explained the mistake, the staff argued about whether or not to charge us extra for the missing item (we wanted mac and cheese instead of fries). We didn't even ask for the missing sauces because we just wanted to leave at that point. As a customer who was not familiar with your menu, I didn't feel that I has a good experience. The cashier who took my order in the dt line had 3 years of experience that did not get me what wanted. I said I wanted a chicken sandwich with lettuce andtomato..... he up graded it to a deluxe .... I got fried chicken not grilled, which is what I wanted. There were pickles on thesandwich...which I didn't want but it was still edible. I realize it was fast food but I thought I'd get closer to wanted.

I encountered some of the rudest teenage employees I've ever seen at this restaurant. One rolled their eyes at me when I returned the incorrect food order, while another tossed our bag of food onto the table, grabbed the table marker, and walked away without a word. There were several staff members just standing around chatting, completely ignoring customers who were waiting for refills and mobile orders. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for lunch.

This is one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around. The service is incredibly fast, and I never have to worry about missing items in my order—it’s always complete. The manager of this store should teach a masterclass to other takeout restaurants! The food is consistently excellent, especially the cheese sauce for the fries—definitely a must-try! Chick-fil-A is always a great option. Don't be put off by long lines; it's their pleasure to keep them moving quickly (you'll be amazed! . Best chicken strips and chicken sandwiches, and the salads and fries are great too. Autumn spice milkshake wasdelicious, as is the frozen lemonade!

I had breakfast at Chick-fil-A for the first time, and it was great! The coffee is among the best I've had. The sausage and egg sandwich outshines other fast food options. The building renovations make it convenient for cars to move through quickly.

Drive-thru experience. The food was good. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food a 4 and the service a 4 as well.
