I ordered two salads and two French fries on the mobile app for dine-in pick up what a huge mistake that was I sat there for 10mins after pushing the button saying I was here. I noticed the lines for the dine-in pick was long so I waited patiently. A half hour goes by still haven?t called my name. I noticed that it said my order was ready 20 mins ago. So now I go up and ask someone at the counter if my order is ready yet. He asked for my name then goes in the back to check and then comes back up to the counter and proceeded to take other peoples orders and completely ignores me. The person taking my order claimed to be the manager and told me there was nothing she could do since it was past the cutoff time. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, showing little concern for the fact that I had been waiting since 10:20 AM. If the cutoff time is so strict, there should be a better system in place to accommodate customers who have been waiting in line while others cannot place their orders. Even McDonald's has a better system, where a team member takes orders in the parking lot while others receive their food. I had the most incredible experience at Chick-fil-A! It’s amazing how random acts of kindness can truly make a difference. The manager, Fouad, came over shortly after I placed my order and surprised me by saying that my meal was on the house. Acts like this really encourage me to return more often. Life can be filled with distractions that make you forget what truly matters. It's important to be friendly and compassionate towards others and to look out for those around you. I hope to pass this kindness on and inspire a chain reaction of encouragement. I also want to give a shout-out to Manager Fouad and his team for their wonderful service! This is by far the worst drive thru I have ever experienced. 10 minutes on the road you can get through in less than 10 minutes. Every ride thru in America can take 3 cars in less than 20 minutes. Here, without mistake, sit in the line for over 20/30 minutes. I was once an hour and 15 minutes in this line. Unfortunately, I learn the hard way. I'm here as we talk, 7:00. Four cars. Over 20 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous that they cannot reprocess this system to prevent people from being stuck in a thru line drive for an hour without leaving. Reserva una mesa ahora
Not sure what happened to this place but it doesn?t live up to the Chick Fil A reputation. It seems like no one is running things and the poor kids that work there are absolutely clueless. Nothing is every right with my order. I know staffing is tough right now for a lot of places, but they had a ton of employees running around, but no one seems to know what they are doing.
