Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

I am on the go a lot and as such find myself ordering at fast food places often. Over the past few years it seems 'customer service ' has all but been forgotten ESPECIALLY at these kinds of establishments. I have gotten so used to pulling up and hearing 'yeah ' over the speaker then after placing my order I hear a quick 'pull around ' before driving to the window and not having a word spoken to me as my payment is accepted and I am handed my food. NOT A WORD. So it was not only refreshing but borderline shocking when I pulled in and hear 'Hi, welcome to Chick-fil-a, what can I get ya today? I moved my loyalty to the new chick fil a, when it opened. Now that everyone has new management and ownership, I'm coming back to this one! Enjoyed meeting the new owner and manager, and excited that they are making this location great again!!!
