Disappointing. Worst CFA drive thru service. Sat in the drive thru for quite some time waiting on a single milkshake. Crazy enough I watched the milkshake get made, then shoved behind other orders, then picked up and put on another counter (by someone who had just wiped their nose with their hand) and finally brought out to me. By the time it reached me, it was soupy, the whipped cream was melty, and the straw paper was soaking wet. Needless to say, I ended up having to go inside and have it remade.
Chik-fil-A! There's not much bad I can say about Chick-fil-A, other than the fact that there isn't one in my home town yet!I have been to this location a few times and don't have any complaints. Service is always quick whether the restaurant is empty or completely jam packed. It is of my opinion that Chik-fil-A is the best of all the fast food establishments out there. Best quality, best chicken, best fries, best interior cleanliness, THE best.Hurry up and come to Binghamton!
I ordered a spicy Chicken ???? sandwich. After biting into it and trying it I felt it was very dry. I opened tge Sandwich in which I noticed no sauce, mayo, nothing. When I read the menue feature I saw that it was supposed to have dill pickle on it butnever got. This is the second or 3rd time I tried this place and I cant understand what the hype is all about. I have tasted waybetter Chicken sandwiches before. Just my opinion, but honestly prefer other fast food places.
Great experience every time, I don't know how they are able to show up for work every day and be that kind to everyone. They even seem to like each other. And the chicken biscuits are awesome moist butter and flakey biscuits with high quality chicken.It is the only fast food restaurant that I actually look forward to eating at.

I personally started eating Chick-fil-A and it's pretty good. The people that work here are really nice. The food is quick but really good. Their waffle fries are a 10/10. The buffalo sauce is just perfect in every way. Theirs also free refills :
The chicken fries tasted a bit different compared to those at other Chick-fil-A locations. It was the first time I noticed a difference in quality at any of them. The restaurant itself is nice and clean, though the parking lot is a bit cramped.
Very slow service. Employees were polite, but the outside ordering was down so they were outside taking orders and doing a great job in a hard situation, but it still took 45 minutes to get through the drive through.
Went through the drive-thru this afternoon. Ordered 2 nugget meals, a salad, a separate drink, and requested a specific sauce. $35 to receive no sauce, no salad dressing, no straws, no napkins and the wrong drink.

This restaurant provided my meal even during a shootout happening right across the street. The manager ensured that all employees were safe inside. If I could, I would give them 10 stars—great job, Chick-fil-A!
