It's not a fancy restaurant, but it sure is one of the best fast food franchises I've ever been to. It is almost always clean, and the food has never missed my expectations.Because of this, it can get busy at times, and some sauce or napkins might be missed, but in this day and age, that's the least of my worries.Parking: It's a shared lot between multiple businesses. I ordered for to go and went through the drive thru to pick up because I didn?t want to unbuckle my kids and bring them in. They told me I had to go in and pick it up and they couldn?t give it to me in the drive thru. To top that, I had to wait for the carsin the drive thru lane to be done before I could go inside to get my order because there was no other way out. Kind ofridiculous that they couldn?t just hand me my order through the drive thru. The last time my husband came to this location theycompletely forgot about his order and he waited over 20 minutes. I will avoid this location in the future.
I’ve only been to a chick-fil-a 6 or 7 times and every time but one the order is screwed up. I asked for a deluxe and end up with a regular. The staff is terrible for listening. I’ve never had a good experience ordering at any location. I did drive up tonight only to get home and my order is wrong again. Unbelievable bad service. I thought for sure she said deluxe. They need to speak up and pay attention. I highly doubt I’ll ever go to another chick-Fil-a
The staff is super friendly. The girl repeated my order 3 times and still gave us breaded chicken nuggets. The only reason I bring it up is because my husband can't eat fried food, so his meal got tossed. Hopefully, they will sharpen their listening skills.I wanted to add an addendum to this. It has been a few years since that order, and I haven't had a mishap since. I am always impressed with their friendly and kind service. Way to go, Chick-fil-A.

A big shoutout to Courtney and Sarah! My mom took my two toddles to play and eat at this BP location. After ordering food for her and the kids, she realized she didn't have her wallet. instead of turning her and the kids away, Courtney and Sarah made it happen and saved the day for my children. A sincere thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Had the best service I have ever gotten from a young man standing out in the heat. So friendly and so thorough. I was happy to see that this Chick-fil-a had fans for their workers outside. It's so important to take care of your workers just as well as youtake care of us as customers.
The reason we go to Chick-fil-A is for the food. We always get good hot chicken. Unfortunately the dual lane drive up is an issue. Another customer and I arrived at the same time, however five more cars in his line were able to order before I did.
The chicken was soft and tender coated with some nicely baked bread. They had waffle style fries that did not overly taste like salt. It was a satisfying lunch.

It was interesting seeing people with tablets taking your orders but at the same time it was fun seeing how they do
