Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

I visit this location almost daily. I continuously try to give the benefit of the doubt, however the quality of food is below acceptable. Every single time I get a meal, the fries are soggy and salty. Idk what happen but they used to deliver the freshest food always. When you ask for fresh fries, they just double drop the old fries to make them crisp. Very disappointing as my daughter loves Chic-fil-a and is the most convenient location. However spending my hard earned money for old food often is unacceptable. I hope they can deliver a better routine for fresh food. They are very swift which leads me to believe quantity over quality is their priority. Slow down and stop giving people old food. You will lose customers and carry a bad name of being a location that is not good ....

They white boy who took my order yesterday in the drive thru is what got me. And yes even in this hot Texas sun he went the extra mile even when he didn’t have to. He saw that my phone had my app ready but I had forgot show him and he asked if I wanted to use it! I tell you after a long tiring day and just wanting to grab a bite for the kids, simple gestures like that are so appreciated. I wish I would’ve caught his name to add to my review but I was so tired. The only con is the Hi C machine was watery as if the machine was out but that seems to be at every restaurant now. The food was perfect though but I really appreciate that gesture. It seriously made my day and I don’t live in Red Oak so randomly stopping by and receiving great service was a plus.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any chain. Service was horrible especially from Landon. When requesting a refund because it took them 10 mins to get me 3 drinks he threatens to call the police, once again because I asked for a refund and my tone. Landon does not control my tone and to threaten to call the cops when I was the one waiting on drinks. He needs a diversity and ethical course immediately, he doesn’t seem to understand how these situations could escalate

Let’s go off of starters, the fries were ‘extremely’ cold, and we barely got any condiments for this rancid tasting food. I’d also like to address the fact that I was greeted very rudely and I certainly didn’t get a my pleasure. I think hiring gen z to cook and serve my food was the worst idea ever imagined.Parking: It’s really hard to fit my red Pontiac in that tiny space.

This was one of the best ones we've been to. A young gentleman came to our table and asked if we would like drink refills and then took our tray for us after we were done eating. Great team that works here!Food: 5/5
