It seems many lack the necessary customer service skills and the ability to address problems effectively on-site. It feels like the focus is solely on making money, and these young employees are under pressure to take orders and serve customers quickly. I think it's crucial to have more experienced adults supervising these young staff members to improve the overall experience. I placed an online order and waited over an hour without any communication from the restaurant. When I called, they told me they were working on my order, but then another 30 minutes passed with no updates. I called again, and an employee falsely claimed to be the manager on duty and gave me a fake number for the general manager. When I called back for the third time, I was told there was actually a manager available. This was by far the most unprofessional Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. As a long-time resident of Atlanta, I have never encountered a worse Chick-fil-A.

Served for a quick breakfast. The restaurant smells like a dirty dressing room; very inviting. In addition, the seating area was reduced by 20% for additional storage for their drive and delivery business. The employees always stopped while others were forced to sit at less desirable tables. I stopped from this business at an earlier occasion during Covid to pick up an order crash. No visit impressed.

Great food been going to this location for years. the past few weeks there has been a God awful smell. My friends and I opted to order online and sit outside as we could not stand the stench long enough to order from the cashier. I will not be dinning here until the smell is fixed, can?t be healthy. This has nothing to do with the two poor staff members trying their best tonight, but 45 minutes (no exaggeration) is just way too long in the drive through. I guess we should be happy, at least they got this order correct not like the previous twotimes. And yes, I am aware of staff shortages, etc. so maybe they should close at 7pm like the other one on Mt. Vernon?

This location has been a mess the last few times I gave them a try. I will no longer spend my money at this location. They have long wait lines just to give you. repeat wrong orders at the window. My food was not fresh the sandwich bread was hard distasteful. This is my last time coming to this location. Not the usual Chick-fil-A i know. Not good, Service trash !

This place was a mess last time I gave them an attempt. I'm not going to spend my money at this point anymore. You have long waiting lines just to give you. Repeat wrong commands in the window. My food wasn't fresh, the sandwich bread was hard tasteless. This is my last time to this place. Not the usual Chick-fil-A I know. Not good, service garbage!

The interior is cramped, and the bathrooms are quite small. However, aside from that, it's a typical Chick-fil-A in a cozy setting. The lunch rush can get hectic, but the staff do their best to handle the crowd.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A? I added the side salad and a grilled chicken fillet, onions, cucumbers, cranberries and the roasted peppers with crushed ranch and Oh My Goodness? sooo good!!!
