This is the best fast-food spot I've tried! The chicken sandwich is incredible, and the prices are comparable to other fast-food places, even though the quality of food is much better. The wait time can be a bit long—I've noticed people who seem to know the staff can walk in, place their order after you, and receive their food first, even when they order the same thing (most people go for the chicken sandwich and waffle fries). Despite that, I still give it a 5-star rating. It's far superior to other fast-food joints where you can be the only customer and still wait ten minutes. Best fast food. Great chicken sandwich. Prices like any other fast food place despite much better food. Waiting can be on the longer side, seems like people they know can go up and order after you somehow get magically their food before you despite the same order as you (usually everyone only gets a chicken sandwich and waffleries). Still, 5 stars. Better than any other fast food place where you are the only person within and wait 10 minutes. Go a few places and the staff will chat the time of their lives and laugh away instead of making your food. Here they actually seem to do their job.
Thr food is good, but the other day I made an order for Chick-fil-A #1 the meal, I forgot to ask them for Chick-fil-A sauce because they normally had given to me before, but they only gave ketchup and my sandwich only had the chicken and two pieces of pickles. Besides that it looks like if it had 3 pickles and they took one. I didn't have time to go back and claim anything because I was going to eat on my home 1h away from there.
The food is consistently excellent! I've visited several Chick-fil-A locations outside of the area, and they are always very clean. However, I was quite shocked by the state of the lobby at the Wilkes Barre location—it was a complete mess! The staff were very friendly, and the food was fantastic, but the untidy lobby really put me off. I ended up taking my food to go because I wouldn't feel comfortable eating in that setting.

Best chicken sandwich I ever had. First time trying it and I can't believe I waited Soo long. It was so good. Fries were awesome as well. No complaints. Will definitely be my go to.
Didn't realize this was located in King's College. The menu is not as extensive but the food is still good. Not crowded due to summer.
Was a chil fil a express, so not all menu items were available. But no waiting at all! A first for me.
