"As all Chic-Fil-A go, it's always busy. Food is good quality for the brand. Staff still has some training and learning to do. One of my trips took a half hour because they didn't know how to handle orders from the app in the drive through. Also, some of the staff are too chatty, I'd like to eat in peace with my party."

Great service, great layout, great food!! FYI: There is currently no way to enter/exit through the Lowes parking lot. Google says it's in Lowes and it isn't. There were many cars with us that had to turn around to go into the correct driveway to enter. Stopped by at noon on a Thursday and both drive thru lines were all the way to the entrance in the back of the parking lot. While in line, I placed a mobile order to make it easier once we got up to the woman taking orders. I waited in like at most 8 minutes start to finish. I bought a cobb salad with grilled nuggets and garden herb ranch and a medium pop. The salad was so fresh and the nuggets were cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely and an ample amount for the salad size. There was so much to this salad it was a great lunch split with my husband. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and the way they have the parking lot laid out for the traffic flow is fantastic. We will be returning to this location!

Manager Autumn was very rude. Instead of getting someone to help the young lady at the register during breakfast time and long lines, she denied people from getting breakfast. Customers were in line 15 minutes prior to 10:30 and should not have been denied breakfast. This is the slowest moving chick fil a I?ve ever been to and will not return because of Autumn. I can sometimes understand the long wait times but when the manager has an attitude as if it was the customers fault that she doesn?t manage lines well then it becomes unacceptable. Autumn should?ve honored everyone that was in to receive breakfast instead of having a nasty attitude about it. She had more than enough workers walking around to jump on a register. Don?t get me started on the drive thru line. This is by far the worst location I?ve been to.

Used to be a great location of CFA, but the last two experiences (specifically with my mobile orders) haven't been up to standard. I?ve never had issues with mobile orders at any other location, but the last two times here, my mobile order was ?checked in? by the booth attendant but I could see in the app that it never was checked in. You?d expect your order to be near ready when you reach the window but after asking for my name, they had me pull forward to wait another 10-15 minutes for my food. Hoping to see an improvement with the convenience ordering ahead should offer.

Well...they're busy but no excuse not to give customers dressing for their salads or napkins and utensils. Messed up the person in front of me and mine was incomplete. Too many young people working with lack of supervision. I will wait awhile and try again but if this continues to happen I am a 3 strikes your out person. Last time computer's went down and instead if informing us they stood around aimlessly which showed they could care less. Bad for this company. I moved from the south and this kind of service is not tolerated.
