This is the worst location ever! I asked for a #4 3ct meal and the girl at the counter just charged me for 3 count strips. I also redeemed some point for a kale crunch which she did just fine. I proceeded to linger after I paid since she didn't ask me what my drink was. I asked about it, and she goes oh I didn't know you wanted a meal. Okay fine. So she goes to ask the shift manager what to do, and comes back to charge me for the drink. So I ask about my fries since I had a feeling she was still not understanding I needed a MEAL, and she was like oh no, I didn't order that while LAUGHING. So she calls the shift manager over and I tell her, well at this point I'm being charged 3 times now and...
I placed an order for $63.67 through DoorDash, but it arrived incorrect and missing items. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Jeff. Rather than addressing my concerns, he told me to contact DoorDash, claiming it was their issue and that they would simply send another driver. We escalated the complaint and received a credit from DoorDash. It's disappointing that Chick-fil-A doesn't seem to know how to properly pack orders. I ordered lunch for a business meeting, and having to go through all of this hassle for Chick-fil-A is frustrating. The lack of attention to detail adds unnecessary stress and complications to what should be a straightforward process.
This is the best fast food restaurant in town! The customer service is excellent, and the food is delicious, especially the chicken which is antibiotic-free. Their kale salad is fantastic, though I wish they offered a larger size. It's especially good with grilled nuggets added on top. I do miss the carrot salad, though. Overall, a great dining experience!
These guys and gals are awesomeness!! I think this restaurant is my favorite Chick-Fil-A in Dallas! Impeccable service and courtesy to everyone! Even when the drive-thru is backed up out to the road (because well, it's the best fast food) they keep it moving and with smiles! Thanks for the hospitality!! God bless!!!

I have enjoyed myself at this place.. The owner is quite a character himself.. He interacts and make sure u are satisfied.. The staff is very great and very friendly.. They make u priority while dining in or if u drive thru.. Stop by and get the lovely welcome and courteous service ever..
The drive-thru experience here was fantastic. Three employees managed the two lines of cars, all with positive attitudes. At the end of the line, I was treated to a delicious cookies and cream milkshake.
Went there a few times while staying at the hotel next to it. It’s a pretty standard Chick-fil-A although the dining room seemed to close early every day, like before 9. That might be normal though.
This is by far the best Chick-fil-a ever! Awesome manager with the app he is always offering free stuff and you can't beat that! Fast and accurate service!!

Among all the Chick-fil-A locations I've visited, this one is my absolute favorite! The owner is extremely friendly, and the entire staff is fantastic!
