Purpose You don't have your time here please play nothing but a bunch of kids and joking around on the phone, take selfies, cussing on top of each other while I put my order and then give me my order with missing items and lying to me saying there was 't more ice, but when I pulled up to window an employee pours a cup of ice with fudge and when I asked him someone else tried to hide it and just said clean it. O ya and 2 guys outside and 6 employees in the window not 1 Thanks, so I think My Pleasure is a thing of the past!
This would definitely be a 5-star review if it weren't for the large number of people during the pandemic. I'm currently waiting in the drive-thru before picking up my food. The employees are fantastic; I even had enough time to download the app, place my order, and write this review before reaching the pickup window.
This chic location is quite disappointing! The service was lacking, as they didn’t have the full menu available. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for just three or four mini items. The staff was also quite rude. I've never experienced anything like this at Chick-fil-A before, so I felt compelled to write a review.
I had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A. The staff were excellent, and Alicia, who took my order, was particularly delightful. The restaurant was clean, and I appreciated that someone checked on me during my meal to see if I needed anything.

Everything is perfect about Chick-fil-A other than the customer service could be a little friendlier. The food is always fresh hot and tasty and the lemonade is the best.Food: 5/5
Always excellent and efficient! The staff knows how to graciously accept compliments. Although the wait to get in can be frustrating, it simply reflects how fantastic they are!
Longest wait ever for the drive thru. I literally waited 30 min in a line that you cannot escape from. Make sure you go to the bathroom before you go through this drive thru.
The restaurant has a very clean and professional atmosphere. They offered sauces on the side, making it convenient to grab them on your way out. Food: 5/5.

Im not joking but I waited for 20 minutes to get my sandwich with my salad. I understand that the place is new, but come on 20 minutes for my sandwich.
I have to dock them because they shorted me 2 chicken nuggets last time. But the food is always fresh and accurate except for my chicken nuggets.
