My experience in each Chick-fil-A is an overall excellent experience, but this location was missing from the entire customer service. The person who took my order was not happy or helpful when scanning my app. The person who gave me my food gave me a wrong order and when I addressed it, she got an attitude and rolled her eyes as if I were wrong. I had never done this before Chick-fil-A was one of my top places for not only good hot fresh food, but also for excellent customer service, but not at this point. My food was delicious despite the bad customer service.
YOU guys are always the best!!! Service is excellent and the stuff goes above and beyond ! Tonight I was really impressed by your generosity and kindness . I ordered a meal at the drive through but soon after I realized I don't have my purse therefore no money to pay for it. When I got to the window I wanted to cancel but the guy was so, so nice to let me have that meal anyways. So kind and so sweet. I was really impressed and though I always loved Chick--fil-A , this location is my absolute favorite! Thank you so very much. I do appreciate it. Lori
I admit I'm addicted to the milkshakes, and I love them. I love the peach flavor, the vanilla, the strawberry, everything, but the chocolate I didn't try. The frosty lemonade? a little watered when I got it in this place, but it's worth a shot. You know that the chicken sandwich is great and the frits are always freshly cooked here. Never have cold pumice or warm. I'm ashamed to say I'm a bit obsessed with macaroni and cheese. I love the southwest salad and the chicken slaughter. The only thing I don't like is the grilled nuggets.
A little difficulty getting through the drive through entry lines to park. Once in, the counter staff was very pleasant and got the order right the first time. We ask for GF with no marinade and this location was not only happy to accommodate, but had a button to make it easy. Very happy with this location and the Operator is clearly customer service driven with his staff.
