Service is usually a 5 star but when it becomes congested like during the holidays, the pickup area is a mess. People are literally just standing in the front blocking access for people in the back to pick up their orders and everyone is just getting frustrated. The staff needs to do better directing traffic for the pickups rather than focusing on just taking a high volume of orders and not helping people get out with their order.
The energy you bring always reflects back in kind. I've always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere here. I've visited for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even just ten minutes before closing, and the service has consistently been excellent. The food is fresh and served hot, and the staff is always polite.
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in the area. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. The food is consistently served hot, and the taste is excellent every time. The restaurant tends to get quite busy, so I recommend ordering ahead using the app to avoid long wait times.
I ordered a deluxe meal and they gave me a regular sandwhich (honest mistake) so I went back to see if I could get any kind of compensation and the workers were so kind, patient, and understanding and they gave me the right sandwhich free of charge. Awesome service. Reserva una mesa ahora
This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A, and I was disappointed to find that the fries and sandwich were cold and old. This is not the level of quality I'm used to from them.
The food was overly salty. If you have dietary restrictions, particularly a low or no salt diet, this is not the right place for you.
They are one of the most beautiful places in New York, they are fascinating.
