Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

When i first pulled up, they refused to come to me and take my order. They were more horse playing on who’s going to take what car to drop food off. Then they continued to act disrespectful towards my family. It was a girl with ginger hair red ish, with two boys. They should be taking their job seriously and not acting like fools when going up to cars. Thank you.

I have done drive thru and have not received part of my order. This has happened in multiple occasions. The food is good and always made fresh and is always warm. But when you don't get your whole order it doesn't matter.

Roy is my favorite employee I’ve ever met. Great customer service, great personality, made sure our order was correct, gave us suggestions, made us laugh. He is who everyone should try to be like. 100/10 recommend Roy!
