I miss the old original Dwarf House as it was rough with the character of a true greasy spoon diner, but this all new property on the original site is very nice and a great experience for the family. This is simply a different way to tell the story now. A combination of history that can still be found if you seek it out with a new modern vibe that is family friendly. I also miss some of the old menu selections the original diner had, but this new property is clearly a tribute to Chick-fil-A with a Chick-fil-A focus versus having a focus on the Dwarf House. Went there times in a week. Wanted to eat at the Dwarf house it was too busy at first two times I was there and didn’t want to wait the 45 minutes to get in. The last time I went there we could walk right in. I loved the different things on the menu I tried this sweet potato soufflé and it was delicious. Also the chicken noodle soup is one of the best. I wish they would add more chicken though. That night the waitress was really busy and charged us $40 when it should’ve been 18, luckily we caught it and she was able to fix it.

The Dwarf House was a nice surprise when my wife and I were going about and exploring Atlanta. We are from Texas and while exploring the city saw a billboard for 'the original Chick-fil-a '. We just had to check it out, and we weren 't disappointed. The workers were all fantastic any of the franchises, and the food was to their usual standard. I was surprised by the diner atmosphere not knowing the history, but we ate at the bar and had a overall great experience.

Went for a quick breakfast on Thursday morning and sat in the bar inside, The staff could not have been more beautiful. They were fast, efficient and friendly. My waiter helped recommend something for my breakfast and it was not disappointed! I have to go back to breakfast tomorrow morning! This place is large enough to serve a chic-fil A quantity. Tomorrow I hope to find the same kind of people with great service and good food.

It's worth a visit at least just once. It's still chic fila. The services are great. And it's for sure fast food still.
