Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

I often go to this place because I work in Lake Mary so it's convenient, but I can just start back to the Sanford or Orange City location as they are on the way to work. say young lady who took my order was nice, she did everything right on her part as I ever forgot a big hash brown it was; I usually do not check my bag before I leave well what I did this time! The gentleman who sacked the food had an attitude with the young lady on the window as if it was her fault she forgot the hash brown .. I then leave and come to work, literally 2/3 lights up the street. I have to open my biscuit to my spices and the whole biscuit fell apart.. looked so under cooked.. I'm not sure if it's just a Friday thing? but it is not the Chick Fil An experience I am used to..

Your staff was super friendly, but the food I was so disappointed by my chicken was not hot it was just worms of the cheese was not even melt! I took the bread to put on Mayo and it fell apart. My bread tasted the Mac n cheese some parts was hot and some worms was the top of the cheese was just barely melted I could not call I had a whole day of doctors appointment. So I didn't have the chance to get out yesterday I paid 12.42 for my meal yesterday and I was really on my lunch yesterday You are one of my favorite places and your staff was and is always friendly. I hung the picture I was at Lake mary's location on 7/8/22 yesterday.

I just left this location and I was very disappointed with what I recieved..I bought dinner for my whole family and this is what I recieved..not only were the fries not filled but they weren't hot either and my sandwich also did not come how I paid for it..I frequent Chick-Fil-A often I'm familiar with their standards and spending $40 for our meal just to receive this especially when it is not busy is not okay.

People are always beautiful and the food is always good. The problem I have is that you want to take your order before you can see the menu. I have tried to use their menu on the line, but it is not easy to find and not easy to navigate. Almost always a line of cars to go parking is confusing, but this is the design teams problem.

Normally I never have problems with my delivery over orders, but I had one. Luckily, I was able to drive back, report it about the items missing and a manager was extremely helpful and fix all errors. I wish I had his name, but thank you.
