Yesterday was my first visit to Chick-fil-A, and I’ve heard from family and friends that their food is outstanding. The line was long when I arrived, which made me hesitate, but I decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly, and our food was ready in no time. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich along with waffle fries and got some sauce for the sandwich. The chicken sandwich was perfectly fried—lightly coated, crispy, and not greasy at all. The sauce was fantastic and really took the sandwich to the next level. The fries were also crispy without being greasy, which made me wonder if they were air-fried. I’ll definitely be returning as a regular customer from now on!
I ordered a #1 combo and a small vanilla shake through the drive-thru. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward, but after five minutes, I still didn't receive my food, and no one came to check on me despite serving other cars. I got out of my car and went inside, where they said they were checking on my order and handed me my receipt. Another five minutes passed, and they finally brought me my food, but I still didn't get my shake. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with a manager. Two minutes later, the manager came by with my shake and a coupon for two sandwiches. Staff, please pay attention—you're being paid well for your work!
This restaurant offers a convenient mobile ordering service with curbside pickup, making the experience quick and stress-free. The staff consistently exceeds expectations to ensure your order is correct, and their attention to detail is impressive! Although indoor dining is currently unavailable due to COVID, it hasn't negatively impacted the business. The setup is efficient, and even if there’s a line stretching onto the street, you can typically get in and out in under 10 minutes. A big thank you to the dedicated staff for their hard work during the pandemic!
I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, but I have to express my frustration with the concept of the "express lane." It has led to an incredibly inefficient, slow, and frustrating experience for me. The system might function better if more customers actually utilized the app feature, but instead, there's a line of 45 cars in one lane while only a couple of vehicles occasionally take advantage of the "express lane." Just look outside and apply some common sense!

It had been nearly a year since I last visited, but this morning the line was shorter than usual with only four cars ahead of us, so we decided to give it a go. We were impressed by the swift service, the accuracy of our order, and the hot food—all at a great price. The friendly smiles from the attentive staff were a lovely bonus as well.
Chick-fil-A... do I really need to add anything more? The food is consistently hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious! The employees are friendly, always welcoming you with a smile, and they truly seem to enjoy what they do.
