I picked up an online order before going to the store, and it was incredibly quick and easy; my order was ready in less than 10 minutes! This is such a huge advantage, especially when the drive-thru line is longer than usual, like on weekends or busy summer nights since this location is right next to Sesame Place. I've never had a bad experience here, with just one minor issue a year ago that was resolved quickly. Plus, I received a voucher for a free brownie or cookie, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are always friendly and professional; I’ve never seen anyone there in a bad mood or being rude to customers. This is definitely my favorite place!
I had a great experience at this restaurant! Although they were quite busy, the process was smooth. I had direct contact with a staff member outside who took my order, and there was no confusion whatsoever. The next person I interacted with processed my payment, and they were incredibly friendly. When it came to picking up my order, an employee handed everything to me, which was really nice. This was my first time there, and I was very pleased!
This very well may be the most profitable chick fil a in the country. As a result, the drive through line is beyond long even during non peak hours. Recently stopped by on a Thursday at 8:20PM and did not get my food till 9PM. Can?t imagine the line during traditional dinner hours. Was also disappointed that they discontinued the spicy chicken strips. That said, the food was very good and the employees courteous.
My order was mixed up, and I didn't receive my milkshake. Additionally, I heard two other customers voicing complaints about how their meals were ordered through car service. The lines can be long, so it's better to place your order inside. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and do their best to help.

The restaurant now has table flowers! When was the last time you experienced fast food like this? I had the option to dine indoors, and I suggest that you park and go inside to place your order. It's much quicker than going through the drive-thru.
Don't be fooled by the long drive-thru lines—they're moving quickly. My order was accurate, and everything was in my bag. I asked for extra sauce for my nuggets, and they happily provided it at no extra charge. Keep up the great work!
I haven't had any issues with this chick-fil-a. Orders have always been right and the food up to the good Chick-fil-A standards. I love going for breakfast as there isn't as many people so the lines are much shorter.

They now have table Flowers inside. When was the last time you saw that at fast food? I was able to eat inside. I recommend you park and go inside to get your order. Much faster than drive through.
This location is great. Yes during lunch rush can be pretty crazy at times. Never seen a Chik Fil A move so many cars through a drive thru so proficiently. You can't go wrong with Chik Fil A.
