When I reached the window, the employee didn't greet me. I tried to be polite and said, “Good morning, how are you?” but was completely ignored. I asked if she was okay that morning, and again, I was ignored. Then, with an attitude, she asked, “You didn’t scan?!” and mentioned something about a count. She then made me pull out of line and wait. All I ordered was an egg and cheese biscuit—why did I have to wait so long for that?!

I don't go to Chick fil a often because of the long lines, but I tried this on a Saturday afternoon. The line moved rather quickly. The order takers were pleasant and efficient. My order was delivered to my car and it was correct!I won't hesitate to come back.The Cobb salad was filling and the mango lemonade was refreshing.

The best customer service I've ever gotten in a Chick-fil-A I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 8 piece chicken nuggets and a large sprite and the food came as soon as i got in the waiting line there was like a 1 minute wait the BEST and I mean the BEST Chick-fil-A in district

I dine at Chick-fil-A regularly, but this particular location is disappointing. There are never enough cashiers, and the food consistently falls short compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants I visit.
Eventhough there's only one line since the other is mobile order only they still move fast. I went for just a milkshake during lunch rush and only spent about 5 min in line.
