At the time, there were only three cars ahead of me, yet I ended up waiting over 10 minutes to reach the pickup area. While I waited for my food, I was completely ignored—no acknowledgment, no smiles, and no updates on when I might receive my order. Instead, I noticed three managers leaning against the counters, frequently checking their phones and chatting casually with each other. Meanwhile, I could only see one employee actually working to process orders, while the rest appeared to be dawdling or socializing instead of helping out. Slow and lazy. Placed a morning curbside order and it took 11 minutes. I even had to go inside to get the order. There were employees sitting in the booths and waiting outside in the drive thru but they didn’t have one person available to bring out the order? Do better! Update just came in for lunch and the curbside service was way better than it was for breakfast but this time they dropped the ball on the food. The tomatoes were gross and they forgot my straw and napkins. What a lackluster Chick Fil A!

Customer service sucks never have I been to a chick filla that didn’t treat their customers with respect and excellent service no dining room attendant and wouldn’t give a taste of a drink to see if you even like it before ordering young kids was disrespectful

After having a rough week, I first struggled using my app to pay. Then, I couldn't figure out how the drive thru, as this was my first time at this location. Everyone was so patient and kind. I was surprised with a sweet treat when I got my food.
