I love this chick-fil-a’s drive thru team however I hate their poor choices of management for the inside. I had a delivery order, came in, waited by the delivery shelf…Not one person asked could they help me. So I moved over to the mobile order rack to catch someone’s attention after about 5 minutes of waiting. Remind you, there were 2 black shirt managers standing right at the front counter looking directly at me. I was finally approached by a younger gentleman whom told me it would be ready shortly. About 5 more mins go by and I hear the managers talking about the order name I’m looking for but no information relayed to me. I even told them the items of the meal (which was only an 8 piece...

We had a fabulous experience in Dekalb County, but this Chick-fil-A had some of the young Gen Z's goofing off right in front of the customers. The food was nice and pipping hot when we received it. I did enjoy the atmosphere once we left this location.

Placed order on their app for pick up breakfast , the staff is super efficient. Service here is Excellent! I wish I asked the name of the young man with glasses who was delivering orders, shout out to him , he’s doing a wonderful job ! really sweet .

Height of lunch rush and out in less than 10 minutes. I did use the mobile app to order and highly recommend doing that to get through the fastest. That said they are always on top of things and do a great job. Reserva una mesa ahora
