I frequently visit Chidori since it's conveniently located just outside the subway station I pass by every day after work. This was my second time ordering from there since the pandemic, and I was happy to see that they have expanded their food options. As an addition to my order, I decided to try six chicken drumsticks. I was curious because there aren’t many good places for fried chicken in the area, and I’m glad I did! The chicken really impressed me! It was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The drumsticks were enormous and arrived piping hot. Chodori keeps the hits coming! They updated their menu (its dope now) and are always on point with the speed and quality of service. Get the Poppers appetizer. Used to be an off menu item and now its a mainstay. You will not be disappointed! Shrimp yakitori is another excellent bet. Almost all their rolls are great. Good in house and delivery. AND they rep Naruto like you wouldn't believe (hence the name, Chidori)
Don't let the exterior and interior of this place deceive you—this restaurant serves excellent food! The menu offers a wide variety of options, with prices that are reasonable for the quality. They even feature a selection of Korean dishes. Everything on the menu caught my eye, but I had to pace myself. I’ll definitely be returning!
Chidori has been a hidden gem in the hood, and they have been improving ever since. They have decent sushi, Viet food and now they added the yummy fried chicken which my wife and i find more tasty than Popyes/KFC ! We often order a variety of food to try out and don't forget to try their matcha ice cream !
