We've had take-out quite a few times and it's always been great. It had been a while, we got a lot of food for a birthday celebration. They overcharged us and the food was hit and miss, some of it was good but the Soup Dumplings tasted like a mouthful of vinegar and the General Tso's chicken was not edible. We called, the person we spoke with was super defensive?! But finally said they'd credit us. They did not, they charges us again, a lesser amount, no credit. Three phone calls back to them and they said it was taken care of. Still hasn't been credited, huge headache. We had to call credit card company. Will NEVER eat here again, rude, dishonest and the food was disappointing.
The food at Chigo Chinese is excellent—some of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve had. The dishes are organic, grass-fed, and not greasy. Although we dined in, the restaurant mainly caters to takeout. The setting is basic, but the staff at the takeout counter were very friendly. They played great contemporary music through a quality Sonos sound system. Since we were the only ones dining in, the quiet atmosphere was noticeable. There was a strange smell in the dining area, so next time we’ll stick to takeout. Nevertheless, it’s definitely worth the drive.
The food at Chigo Chinese is absolutely fantastic! The ambiance is a bit dim, and although the place is clean, there was a faint musty smell. The staff are very polite and attentive. While it’s on the pricier side, it’s definitely worth it. It appears that a large portion of their business comes from takeout and delivery. The menu isn’t extensive, but I was told everything is farm-to-table, locally sourced, fresh daily, and organic. I will certainly be returning! Parking is convenient with ample space and easy access to and from Route 9.
The owner is very rude and does not know how to run a business and apparently doesn’t know what chinese food is because this IS NOT chinese foodIn response of the owner. When trying to accommodate a costumer it’s best not to start off by calling them a liar. However, thank you for proving my review to be true. Good luck to your business, with that attitude you need it. I would like to happily decline your offer, I enjoy chinese food not whatever you call this.

FINALLY!!!! SOME AMAZING CHINESE FOOD! I honestly lost hope on finding a good Chinese restaurant in Westchester but this blows everything out the water. The pictures themselves tell the story. And NO! Absolutely no filters added, just raw photos. The food is sooo colorful, super delicious and the best part it does NOT feel heavy after you eat it. Thank you for coming to our neighborhood Chigo, I cant wait to order some more tonight!!
Just came in to pick up food, I'm a daily here and I love the staff and I don't feel an ounce of racism anytime I'm at Chigo. It's a very diverse restaurant, obviously the comments below are completely false. Truly appreciate the people that work here!! And the real customers know how well they treat us!
The crab rangoon is addictively good—like the perfect chip in a bag of Lays. You can’t just have one; you have to order at least 30! Absolutely delicious! I took my wife since she had been asking to go there multiple times, and trust me, we’ll definitely be coming back!
Couldn’t wait to take a picture with the meal fully but Beef Bao buns with beef steamed dumplings are the best ?? in love with this scrumptious meal ! Literally my favorite !! Can’t wait to they bring back the full Peking duck

Just had dinner here. The food was outstanding! Fresh and so very tasty. I highly recommend the pork bao buns and tangerine beef. Service was quick and friendly. Well be back and likely get regular takeout as well.
Owners and managers were so helpful in the maintenance of me and my family. I forgot my wallet and they even gave me the appetizers as a gift on them. The duck should die. Recommend this to all my friends.
