The service was quick and friendly, and our food arrived promptly, prepared exactly as we asked. My steak was cooked perfectly well done, topped with extra garlic butter—absolutely delicious. My youngest son loves corn, so I ordered some for him, and he was very happy. My other son, who has a similar appetite to mine, also enjoyed a steak with broccoli, which was flawless. We always have a wonderful time here, and the staff is consistently cheerful and polite.
I ordered the bottomless soup and salad, but was told I couldn’t switch between different soups. I didn’t understand why I had to stick with just one choice. I picked the chili, but it tasted awful. When I asked if I could exchange it, they said no, not even with the manager’s approval. Unfortunately, I also feel I can’t leave a tip after this experience. Thank you for the opportunity, but it was disappointing.
Both the food and service were disappointing. We weren't greeted when we entered; a staff member just handed us two menus and seated us. After our food arrived, we saw our server attending to other tables several times, only coming to check on us when it was time to present the bill. Overall, it was a letdown.
The service was extremely slow, seemingly with only two servers handling the entire restaurant. The food was enjoyable once it arrived, but I probably won't be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora
