Eventually, my order was taken, but 20 minutes later, I inquired about it and was told it would take a while because the manager was handling the cooking. Twenty more minutes passed, and when I asked again, I was informed it hadn’t even been started yet. I decided to simplify my order to a burger, thinking it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, but it ended up taking an additional 25 minutes. So, altogether, I waited nearly 1 hour and 50 minutes for my meal.

What happened to chili? they used to be a nice place to eat with good food. I remember the days when all the tables and stands were full. I was in the last 6 months to 3 different chili locations, livonia, canton and all park and suck them all. the service is pathetic. only one person waits tables during the work of the bar at the same time. the service has so badly received that they only use the bar area for sitting places that leave the rest of the restaurant empty. I don't know about another restaurant that has to do this! they have in the rule a long wait to get space, then when they sit, they will wait another long to get their food because they are also short staff in the kitchen. eat...
I go to Chili's often I have never really had luck at this location. Unfortunately we wanted to have a sit down meal, when we walked in the restaurant looked almost empty it was already 7:30pm and it was over an hour wait, which leads me to believe they are very short staffed which I understand. However, I've been to this location a few times even before staffing issues and I never seemed to get the best service and the food was always mediocre. The first time I went to this Chili’s with my roommate, we’re both served our food very cold and I had to ask them to warm up all of our dishes. We recently ordered from there last night one more time and they forgot my drink and my cheesecakes, when I went back inside and told them that those items were missing, they gave me my items. when I got home we realized that my roommates chicken was undercooked and we also didn’t have our soups that we ordered. I know that that’s my fault for forgetting to triple check our food but still, I feel like we shouldn’t have had that many items forgotten about. Will not be coming back.

Don't order curbside because apparently they aren't doing it. I placed a curbside. They told me to arrive by 8:28 -8:33PM. I received the link to check in. I arrived promptly at 8:27PM. After waiting and waiting and seeing countless ppl go into get their food after waiting. I decided to go in at 8:51 PM and low and behold my food was sitting on the shelf for how knows how long. I understand being sorry staffed but if you can't keep up with the curbside orders turn off the feature that way customers aren't waiting on their food to come out that will probably never come.
If I could give 0 stars I would. No staff. Had to wait for a table to be bussed as they were at about 25% capacity with everyone crammed into the small side. There was a waitress sleeping on a table in the closed side right in front of the door. Not a good look when you have to wait for a table in a restaurant a low capacity. After our table was bussed, the went back to standing around and didn't bother to clean the next table. Waitress never came after several minutes. We were never offered a drink. We got up and left. This is why Chili's is failing nationwide.
My husband and I visited Chili's in Livonia tonight. Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour for our food. We arrived around 7:55, and our meal didn't arrive until 9:00. When it finally did, my chicken fajitas were completely undercooked. As soon as the plate was placed in front of me, it was obvious that the chicken was raw. After waiting so long for our food, receiving almost inedible chicken was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I didn't even feel satisfied after the meal!
I drove past another restaurant to come here, and I’m glad I did! Each chili dish is unique, and this place truly stands out. The service was fantastic—friendly and efficient. My meal was hot and cooked to order, and I have no complaints at all. I appreciate the hard work of the kitchen staff who are behind the scenes! A special thank you to my waitress Raquel for providing such excellent service!
