Chili's - Reservar una mesa

Called ahead to verify there was room for a 10 top- I was told yes. I arrived 3 minutes later to get our table. The large table was being cleaned and I was told we would have it in a few minutes by the hostess and was told to take a seat in the lobby. A party of 6 walks in behind me and another hostess immediately sits them at the table I had been waiting for, with empty chairs leftover from the smaller party. I told the secondary hostess about calling and and already speaking with the real hostess about getting the large table for my party of 10. She said it 's too bad we seat as people come in and that was that. Unimpressed to say the least. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am editing my review from my last time... today I came again and had the loaded potato soup , of which I thought was rather delicious . Our waitress this time was so nice and served us all immediately fixing our order even though there was a mistake and I was overjoyed . Her name started with and M and she was a young adult . I would love to give her praise as she was so kind! Today was the best I have had from any chilis in the restaurant chain. The restaurant was very dirty and there was a bad small. The only reason we ate there was because it was late and we needed food. Food was ok, the fríes had a bad after taste though. Service was ok, but one of the menus we were handed had guacamole spilled all over it, and the waitress didn't even notice. I had to ask for silverware after we got our food. I consistently go to this location and I'm never disappointed. Gina and Beth are the best go to bartenders around! If you're looking for a good place with a great atmosphere I definitely recommend Chilli's! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
