Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Came for lunch with a big party after a funeral service. I called an hour before the hand to see if they accepted reservations. Whoever I said they usually do not, but they would do everything they could to have several tables nearby and assure me that it would be no problem. They were very understanding and helpful. We arrived and they did this. Not only we are many tables ready for us, but service was prompt and servers were amazing. We were very grateful for the hospitality of this situation. Thank you.

Holy... CHICKEN!!! I came today to redeem my birthday reward and chose the Big Mouth chicken sandwich, I love chicken sandwiches. I came home and opened my To-Go box and my eyes couldn't believe what I saw a chicken sandwich sitting bigger than my whole hand in front of me!!! It was soooo good, I ate the whole thing even after I had no room anymore. Thanks Chili is for my great reward!!... I could have uploaded my pictures.

Our family went to the Chili's on Highway 59 and Highway 99 in New Caney on Saturday night. I realize it was a Saturday night. We waited 30 minutes to be seated and then 45 minutes to receive our food. It was cold. Very disappointed and will think about returning.

The food was great, had good taste and was hot. The mango margarita was amazing The bar service is in need of improvement when considering that they have taken our order and brought boxes. No refills or anything, including an offer for dessert I wanted.

Good food, service is the best part to go here. I think the burgers and soup are the best things to order.
