Terrible experience! We walked in when the restaurant was nearly empty and were told there would be a 25-minute wait. We ended up waiting over 35 minutes. When we were finally seated, the waitress was distracted, chatting with people behind us about dogs, and it took her 12 minutes just to take our drink and food orders. Our food took 28 minutes to arrive, and our drinks took an additional 13 minutes. The food was overcooked, and we were not informed that some ingredients were unavailable. The chicken tasted like frozen, unseasoned chicken, and the rice was overcooked. The floors were sticky, and there was a noticeable wet dog smell throughout the restaurant. The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding. I usually sit at the bar, where ordering a complete meal is a breeze. However, the bathroom tells a different story—it feels like something out of a hoarding reality show. I've been here multiple times, and each visit has had the same issues: there's often a shortage of paper towels, the sink has a faucet that's barely hanging on, and there's a persistent unpleasant smell.
I've ordered to go from Chili's several times and have consistently experienced issues. They often don’t provide true curbside service, and when something is missing from the order, they deny it even when it’s obvious. The staff never seem attentive to takeout orders. We've also dined inside a few times and always run into problems with the kitchen. I definitely won’t be returning.
The food is standard for Chili's, just what you would expect. However, the service has consistently been lacking. I've tried giving this place multiple chances, but for the last two or three years, it has been disappointing. There are often many empty tables, but they just don't have enough waitstaff to serve them.

I had a business lunch here, and the food was excellent. The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive while still giving us space. It's a fantastic place to dine in Ardmore.
They need to slow down on the seasoning trust me I love my seasoning but when it clumpy on the food that ain't

Food was a bit salty for my taste. Service was awesome along with it being nice and quiet.
Long lines, it's like an amusement park ride, hour wait for 10 minutes of viewing.
