Chili's Grill - Reserva de mesa

The management at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. The bartender clearly struggled to handle the demands of a dozen patrons, juggle high-top tables, and prepare drinks for seated diners—all on her own. Unfortunately, the manager was nowhere in sight to offer assistance. This was all happening on a Thursday night; I can't imagine how chaotic it must be on a Friday or Saturday. With so many other dining options in the area, I see no reason to return.

Dining at Chili?s was alway a good experience, but to it was great. Got to the restaurant as soon as it open and was seated quickly, the waiter took our drink orders and was back in no time at all. We ordered the spicy shrimp tacos, Smoke House burger and chicken tenders. All of the meals came out perfect, overall great experience. Will definitely be dining there again.

From the minute we walked inside we had some of the best service I have seen. The food was amazing I can't think of any complaints. I got a rare steak and it was cooked exactly like I asked. It was our first time coming and I was more than pleased I will definitely be back. The manager even gave us a free appetizer when he found out it was our first time here.

Terrible customer service. Took long to serve me& my sister . Once we sat down it took the lady a good 10 mins to ask us what did we want to drink told her what we want . Waited 10 mins again she come back with no drinks us was we ready to order like what? They got these type of people working here? Just slow smh. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was excellent. The food was really good. My husband and I get their 2 for $25.00 then we share the dessert which is a hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream on top with two spoons to share it. Delicious and Romantic . It's our date night place to go. Love ?? Chili's!!!!!

We we're traveling through so we did curbside service... I got a salad that was really yummy. My husband's fried Triple dipper was a bit soggy, though he mostly enjoyed it. Calling in the order went very well... Lil was really helpful!

Service is met or mis. Eat well and sign up to a club get free soft drink or mex chips n salsa big bonus! I like the $225 meal. If helpful, please thumb up!! Thank you.
