If you want, go to another chili. My food came with missing items and random items I didn't need. The food tasted together and was really not worth it. We ate, but it was nothing special and I think that's what you want when you eat something good and special in the restaurant. It wasn't either. I asked for Mango Chili Lachs and instead of me only the sauce for the salmon I got chili powder, pickles, old mango pieces that were somehow hard and another sweet sauce. The corn was half sweet half gland. The pommes were so tender and did not seem fresh. And the broccoli was brown and dry and looked what she made a new broccoli, which was better. Visited after church. It was a very upbeat atmosphere. Very busy due to the holiday,, as you can imagine. However, we barely had to wait. We were seated about 10 minutes of arrival, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Service was prompt and the food was delicious. My family enjoyed it, and so did the other customers (no one had an attitude or seemed visibly upset). Very kids friendly.
For some reason, the hostess sat us on the bar side of the restaurant, which was busy and had dirty tables. The true dining area was calmer and had plenty of clean tables which would have been better in my opinion. The food order was messed up, but they bought out way more food than was ordered but only charged what was ordered. So the overall experience was better than when it started.
The place was nice. Server was absolutely great. We told her we were starving and she said she would get our food out right away. Food was very good. Came out quick and hot. The bathrooms were gross so take away a star for that but besides that it was a good experience. Love the contactless payment system.

The food was great, but the service is sadly terrible. It seemed like our waitress was ignoring us, and every time she would come our way, she would speed walk by our table but acknowledge other tables next to us. I'm not sure why that happened, but it made me feel extremely invisible.
Food is good for the price and the service was great. We spilled a drink and our server was helpful in getting it cleaned up quickly and not making us feel bad, and was fantastic in every other area. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout-out!
My mother and I used to visit Red Lobster next door, but since the pandemic, they haven't offered outdoor dining. Fortunately, Chili's had outdoor seating available, so we decided to come here instead. Our waitress, Lisa, was amazing and took great care of us.
Outside Dining is open. Delicious food, huge portions incredible value, pleasant ambience. We were made feal at home especially impressed with our server, her name is KEY. She was extremely attentive knowledgeable, friendly professional.

On Saturday, March 6, I had a meal at this restaurant, but later that evening, I fell ill. I've been experiencing a stomach virus for the past four days. However, I must say that my waitress was fantastic and very attentive!
