The issues began when the hostess finally greeted me at the front after a long wait with no one in sight. She walked me to a table but made a stop by the kitchen first. When she turned to me looking surprised and asked why I was following her, I reminded her that she had said hello and offered to walk me to a table. She claimed she had forgotten—within just 30 seconds! Then she instructed me to return to the lobby to be seated. To add to the awkwardness, I ended up having her as my server, and she seemed quite embarrassed about the situation. Another amusing moment occurred when a guy brought my food and claimed he had seen me there often. I assured him that was not the case, but he insist...

My buddy and I came here for Veterans Day. We immediately got sat down and ordered our drinks. We got free Strawberry Lemonade refills and our burgers were absolutely delicious. I have to say, I absolutely love this Chili's location! Our server, Sierra, provided the best customer service possible. Stood at the checkin counter 10 minutes, waiting to be greeted and given a seat but no one ever came out. 3:30 in the afternoon and it wasn't even busy! Oh well went to Genki instead.
