Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Let me tell you a story, we walk into this restaurant after not being able to eat all day, the host up front can’t speak up loud enough for us to hear him through his mask, he seats us at the bar where we get ignored except for the basket of chips I ask for, never got my water, never got asked if I wanted to place a order, any time anyone is near us they ask us if we’re good then just turn away, we sat in this establishment for 30-45 minutes without being served and the minute we decide to leave and eat somewhere else suddenly the bartender is there to charge us $5 for our bottomless chip that had half a cup of salsa. Ridiculous

always waited for someone who could read a simple sitting diagram to find us a table in an undrawn restaurant. I ordered the smokehouse combination with ribs and chicken wars. bands were great. when I bite in huh, it's splashing old tasting fat in my mouth. I lost my appetit. then my daughter finds a blonde hair in burger her hair is gone. will not go back.

Curbside To Go has been a super easy experience here. Our orders have always been correct and ready on time. Food has been great with friendly staff always being quick to bring the order out to your car once it's ready.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Its the 2nd chili's we went to put our name on the list waited 20-30 mins for a table and they gave it to someone else. I personally will not be going back.

My new favorite place to enjoy delicious food with my family. Friendly atmosphere. Good customer service. Attentive and polite staff/waiters. I truly enjoy my time when dining there.
