This place has completely gone to the DOGS, the manager on duty had her child at the bar not just in the area at the actual bar. The customers didn't care other customers were there, they were very loud and was not told by any of the staff to bring thenoise down. The bartender came from behind bar to sit with customer at the bar showing her something on her phone, the waitresscame over to the same customer after bartender went back behind bar and started laughing loud and talking to customer. The food was fair. The steak way over cooked. The nacho chips was a basket of crumbled chips. The service was horrendous. We waited for refills and the manager came by and asked. We told him that we have been waiting. He said let me take of that. He forgot us too! The restaurant was dirty. The bass on the music was so loud that I turned off my hearing aids and it was still too loud! It was a terrible Chili's experience. Probably worst ever. This Chili's restaurant serves the best bacon burger I have ever tasted. The service here is exceptional, and my server was one-of-a-kind. I highly recommend dining here.
I recently ordered from Chili's, but my potato soup didn’t have any potatoes in it. I tried to discuss the issue over the phone, but I was put on hold for quite a while.
