Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

So, this Chili is a 2-star review because on Tuesday 3/16 I called to eat a reservation for a party of 8 on Friday 3/19 my son wanted to eat there for his birthday, the Friday is...as always we family in the city for his party, so I reserved for them to eat with us Friday night....if I called Tuesday they take no reservations and they can not sit more than 6. I asked if I would make 4 on a table and 4 on another server only in the same area... they still said no... and took me to the phone with someone else. I once again explained to this girl what I asked and was still no....so I had to make other arrangements when my family is here to celebrate my son's birthday and took him to dinner there tonight 3/18 with just me his father and him...as always I am there, I can serve a party in the back room all for myself a good size party at at at least 13 people, but the server we had, what was amazing BTW Jordan. If I gave our server stars, I would give him 5 stars Jordan was amazingly very attentive, he deserves all stars...but these chili's themselves will get you the 2.... there were dust and cable networks hanging on the ceiling and the bathroom floors were very slippery. The food was great...against Jordan amazing work...but it's reasons why chili goes down the hill.

Chili's in Riverdale Shopping Center in Hampton is a local favorite. Easy to get to with plenty of overflow parking. Depending on what you order, the items may be a bit pricey but well worth it as the food is definitely fresh and amazing every single time I eat here. There are times it takes a while for the food to come out but I've never had any problems with the staff.

My family is for a long time Chilli's fans. Tonight we ordered to go and we received the WORST customer service of all time. We will not return to this place. Waiting time was double what they said about the phone. My food was cold and they didn't give me the soup I ordered. This is NOT chicken Enchilada soup. Only reason for one star is because I couldn't select ZERO

Fortunately, I moved to Chili for the solution, and that was it! Her mango chili chicken meal, which for me included broccoli and black beans, was delicious over the top while serving was plentiful to fill me to the edge, both left me happy and ready to come back! I recommend

Chili definitely has a great value! Love the three for $10, my selection was sweet teahouse salad and Cajun chicken pasta. My waitress Aniyah made it even better, she was very attentive, super sweet personality! I'm back.
