Chili's Grill - Reserva de mesa

We like to take advantage of the 2 for 1 happy hour special at this restaurant. The food is decent, with my favorite being the warm and light chips and salsa. The salsa has a nice level of heat without being overwhelming. The service staff is typically friendly and attentive. However, I have never been impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I usually stick to just eating the chips and salsa or queso.

This restaurant is extremely short-staffed and unsanitary. Despite having a simple order, we waited in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours with no explanation. The photo reveals that all the tables in the section are dirty. The quality of service in the restaurant industry is deteriorating.

We went here for dinner we had a large group. Our daughter is vegan and Melissa knew exactly what she was asking for. She was very helpful with all the questions we had. The service was awesome and the food great and plentiful. Will definitely begoing back

When we went to dinner that night, there were only 2 servers, but they managed to seat us promptly and our food arrived quickly. The best part was that the food was exceptionally tasty! We are grateful for the fantastic service and delicious meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

We arrived at 4 o'clock and were told we would have to wait 10-15 minutes. We decided to wait, and fortunately, our wait was very short. There was a very loud party happening both in the restaurant and in the bar area.

I seriously never complain I've worked in the industry 12 years b4 .. BUT the chili I ordered to go was THE SALTY EST chili I've ever tried and was inedible. Curbside pickup was fast and easy.. rest of meal was GREAT

We recently dined at this restaurant and overall had a good experience. However, we noticed that if someone orders two appetizers that come with salsa, they should receive two portions of salsa.

I waited 30 minutes for my burger, only to find it was undercooked. My server claimed that all of their burgers are made that way. I would recommend going to Wendy's for a better experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
