Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Got a To-Go order today. Got 2 for $25 yet they charged me almost $30. Idk. Took them almost an hour to get my order out. My food was stale and hard and the French fries were so soggy. Corn was old and mushy. It was disgusting I didn’t even wanna eat it. Ordered white queso with it and they gave me some nasty bean dip. So I called them saying I was dissatisfied and wanted a refund. They said I had to come back. So I drove 20 minutes back just to still get mistreated. Since I paid with gift card, they could not refund it back on my gift card and needed to issue another gift card. The manger claims she was out of gift cards or couldn’t find them. This Chili's is usually pretty good, but today they really dropped the ball. It wasn't busy (maybe they were short-staffed but when they brought my order out (curbside pickup) I didn't realize until after I left that they had forgotten a straw for my drink and one of my sides. Also, the main food in my meal seemed old and poorly prepared (unlike their usual higher standard). The straw I could've done without, but leaving out part of the meal that was paid for and the rest of the food being really low quality? Honestly, I'm giving two stars instead of one because the chips and salsa were excellent. Otherwise I was extremely disappointed.

I understand when a restaurant is BUSY!!! But don't tell the customer to come pick up FOOD at a certain time ? ? ? THENNN be 40 minutes LATE... i, don't mind being told that my FOOD won't be ready for 1 hour...
