Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

I usually don’t write a bad review but this place was the worst experience I’ve ever had. When we first enter we were being stared at standing awkwardly without being greeted.I had to walk up to the greeter and she was so rude and seems a bit racist, by saying “you have to wait without even hearing my question . if anyone wondering what she look like , short and fat . Our waitress was nice and accommodating, we had two kids with us and she was patient with us. At the end we asked for the bill and was presented with a bill which we paid then we were presented with a second bill as well. We had no idea what was going on and after waiting for 15mins I had to look for someone . Then the manager came over and said we owed that as well as if we were dumb . I tried to ask why and she said it was system Erorr. No compassion or understanding of our frustration in-front of two small kid. I would never go back here and I would highly recommend not to if you understand what I’m saying.

Horrible experience with wait time. Food sat on shelf for an extra 20 minutes after pick up time. Asked GM Amari to cancel order. She never asked what the problem was but instead she rudely told me it would take 10-15 days for a refund and 10-15 days before I’d get proof of my cancellation via email. Do better and learn people skills. This was at the Chili’s in New Britain on Hartford Road near West Farms Mall.

We recently visited Texas Roadhouse in Manchester and the food was satisfactory if I must give my opinion the service was shabby and being seated took 20 minutes a half an hour before noon in comparison chilli's was a delight good job guys

I will probably not be ordering from Chili’s again. Food was definitely below par. Great service. Food was Prepared in a timely fashion. Brought curbside when they said it would. Food preparation needs to be better.

Sat at the bar. Food was exceptionally delicious fresh this time. Waitress/bartender was very attentive, informative and chill forgot her name though. Overall highly satisfied will return as long as they keep it up
