This was my fifth time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The server told my mom that if we chose to sit elsewhere, we wouldn't be served, which felt unprofessional. I understand that she was the only staff member working, but that's not our fault. My grandma can't sit in the booths or at high tables, so we were limited in our options. After waiting for ten minutes, the server finally came to us. Once we got our table, we waited another ten minutes before deciding to leave. There were only about ten other customers in the place, so it shouldn't have been that busy.
I understand that we arrived close to closing time, about an hour before, but I was really disappointed with the food. We ordered the brisket quesadilla combo, and the street corn was not enjoyable. The brisket quesadillas were excessively spicy, and I hadn’t realized they included jalapeños. As a result, I ended up with chicken fingers and fries, which I could have easily prepared at home. Additionally, the lemonade was quite sour for my liking. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I’ve visited before for lunch and had a fantastic time, but this visit was a letdown. I'm not sure what went wrong.
Ara is an exceptional manager, and John is an excellent waiter, with Kyle also providing outstanding service. I wanted to share my thoughts but had trouble capturing everything because of my limited vision. For more details, please visit the company website, as I couldn’t include all I wanted here. I apologize for not providing a more detailed review. Ara, John, and Kyle truly delivered excellent service. Our dinner was enjoyable, although my wife found her dish a bit too spicy tonight. The waitress was very helpful and polite in answering our questions, the food was delicious the price per serving ratio was also excellent. I was really impressed for my first visit here. I would recommend chili for every occasion to be formal or casual. But the only drawback I saw was lack of personnel, so we had to wait to take place if it doesn't matter to you, a small waiting period (my party of 3 waited 10 minutes or less) it's worth well.

FIRST OF ALL- PATRICIA WAS AMAZING. It stinks to be working on Valentine’s Day but she was beyond amazing and was so on top of everything- great recommendations, so sweet and the food was great. CHILIS, GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! She was running the entire front of house all on her own- even behind the bar! Amazing. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
The service exceeded anything I’ve ever experienced at a chain restaurant, or probably any restaurant for that matter! Jesse was attentive, enjoyable, and considerate. He took excellent care of our lively, chatty group of eight. The food came out quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Thank you for a wonderful dinner experience!
I had an excellent meal here with my girlfriend. We both loved the food, and it was reasonably priced. The service was quick, and our waiter was friendly. The ability to pay via the tablet at our table made for a swift exit without any wait in line to settle the bill. Overall, it was super fast, straightforward, and delicious!
We had an amazing time at this restaurant, savoring delicious food and experiencing warm, friendly service. The Jack Berry Margarita was especially outstanding, and I would definitely choose it again. I look forward to coming back in the future!

Maya was an outstanding waitress—warm and attentive throughout our visit! Despite dealing with some difficult and demanding tables, she stayed positive and kept a smile on her face. She truly was the best waitress we've ever had!
My daughter took me out for lunch, and we asked for a table where we could have some privacy. They were very accommodating and happy to help us. Our waitress was excellent.
