Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

This location went downhill FAST! We came in on a Tuesday around 5pm. The food took forever and when it arrived everything was burnt and dry. I figured it was just a bad day. The manager came and comped my food that I didn’t touch, also- what happened to the portions? Came back that Saturday as my daughter wanted a burger and same thing… horrible. Waiter brought out our drinks, never brought our chips until we asked (20min later)(and from experience I know servers have access to the chips- they don’t come from the back) at the 50min mark i asked about our burgers… when they came out they were stale and dry from basically sitting under the heat lamps. They were inedible. When I mentioned it to my server he could care less. We paid and left to go to elsewhere. Not going to attempt a third try. If you want one of the LAST STANDING AMAZING CHILI’S- GO TO OSWEGO! They are fantastic and truly how the company used to be.

this category of restaurant has gone a bit downhill, and this location is not a take. only about half of the restaurant was open, we had to approx. 30 minutes waiting for a table of six despite many open tables in the other half of the restaurant and that on a Saturday night! the staff was good, but not great. Eating was good, drinks were great, and both are a great worth. if they are a party of 2 on search for a cheap date night, chili is still to deliver.

I and my family came to dinner and sat at the arrival. our order was picked up shortly after our arrival and our order for food and drink arrived immediately. all in our party enjoyed the appetizers and main courses. the only disadvantage was that the server came back some time after the delivery of our food to check us, but others than that we had a good time. this location is a good option for a family night outside.

this connection is probably one of my favorite pieces of all. I always sit fast served, eating is always delicious and cheap, the server are incredibly beautiful, they have always new offers and offers available to save money and combine options, and the options are fascinating. this place is great.

chili is one of my favorite dunes in restaurants, but the inexperienced staff leads to much confusion and slow service. to make the dinge even worse, the restaurant itself begins to look a bit ashamed. on the bright side, eating is still good!
