Went here on a Saturday night on a whim. First of all, this place is starting to look run down. You just don't notice it as easy because the lights are so dim, but I noticed the light fixture at our table was cracked, the seats were worn, and the floor looked like it was dirty, but I think it was just the paint job. I didn't expect much from the food, because it's a chain, just mostly that they fry some premade frozen items and call it a day. First had the Triple Dipper appetizer. The burgers were dry, flavorless, the Chicken Crispers were soggy, but weirdly the sauce had little flavor. The fried pickles were actually OK. Everything looked like it was just thrown on the tray. The ranch sauce...
I ordered two Alfredo pasta dishes to go, but when I got home and was about to eat, I found that there was hardly any Alfredo sauce on them—they were very dry, as you can see in the picture. I called the restaurant to express my concern about the sauce, and the gentleman on the phone asked, "What would you like us to do?" I replied, "What can you do?" He then offered me the option to come back and get some sauce on the side or place a new order to make it right. I work in retail, so I understand how to handle a dissatisfied customer, but his tone felt rather rude. I wasn't asking for anything free; I just wanted the order I paid for. I'm a bit disappointed.
I will never order from this restaurant or bring my child here again. The manager was extremely rude; he neither listened to my concerns nor took any responsibility for my incorrect order. Instead of apologizing, he simply blamed DoorDash. It's obvious that the mistake was on Chili's side. None of the items listed on the DoorDash receipt were received, and this was an utterly terrible experience at this specific location.
It's a Chili's... The service is good, and the food is fairly typical for a chain restaurant. My only issue is that it feels somewhat unclean. It's not that they don't make an effort to clean, but these chain establishments often don't prioritize maintenance, and it shows. A little refresh or makeover might be in order.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. Our server and bartender were both wonderful. The management is very involved, making sure everything runs smoothly, especially when the restaurant gets busy. The drinks are nice and cold, and the food is served promptly. On top of that, the recent renovations look fantastic!
We consistently have a fantastic experience whenever we visit this restaurant! Tony, the manager or owner, is wonderful! He truly cares about his customers, and this is evident in how he engages with everyone. If there's ever a problem with your food, he goes above and beyond to make things right!
Tony is fantastic! He has been managing local restaurants in Rockland for decades. Our server, Cam, is amazing; he makes sure that everyone gets exactly what they want and that all the guests are happy. The lively atmosphere is just part of the experience!
the location of great chili, eating is always good and the staff is friendly. barbara is a fantastic waitress! Unfortunately, the bathrooms have not been clean in recent times, which we have eaten here.
