When we received our bill, the waitress didn’t show me the payment screen at the table. I thought the total seemed a bit high since the pick 3 deal was supposed to be $13.99. There’s no physical receipt provided; instead, it’s emailed. When I got home, I noticed that the waitress charged $13.99 for one meal but billed each item of the second meal separately, which made the total about $6 more than it should have been. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. My advice would be to check your receipt before leaving. The cleanliness of the place was also an issue, with trash and beer bottles scattered in the parking lot. I usually enjoy Chili's, but not at this location. I recommend g...

I come here sometimes and it?s pretty annoying when I ask for something specifically not to be on my food and it?s placed on there. I?m writing this review because this has happened more then once. Then I have to wait for the mistake to be fixed allbecause when I called in my order was not put in right the first time. I?m allergic to bacon , request for it not to be placedon my mashed potatoes and it?s put on there anyway? Please when I call in and ask for something not to be placed on my food I doexpect that. Especially something i?m allergic too. I shouldn?t have to always check my bag because I know someone didn?t followdirections.

The service here has always been lacking, even before the pandemic, but things have only gotten worse since then. The last time I visited, we made a reservation online in advance, yet we still had to wait, despite there being no other waiting customers and what seemed like plenty of available tables. I understand that some areas may have been closed off, but there was no communication about it. Once we finally got seated, we had to flag someone down for water after waiting about 10 minutes. The food was decent, typical Chili's fare, but the poor service makes it more appealing to choose a different restaurant.

I typically have positive experiences at this restaurant, but this visit was quite different. The food was, as always, excellent in taste and presentation. However, our drinks came without straws. I received my salad but without any silverware, and my friend was given a soup with a dirty spoon. We ended up waiting a long time for a fork just to eat. Reserva una mesa ahora

I didn't receive my fries, but other than that, the food was absolutely fantastic. The ribs were tender, and the wings and tenders were delicious. The bean rolls were amazing, and the brisket quesadilla was excellent. They had the best mozzarella sticks I've ever tasted. I really wish there was a Chili's near me!

It was nice having this restaurant connected to the Holiday Inn. I expected a good dinner but I got a great dinner, the ribeye was seared nicely with a great taste and perfectly cooked. The service was great even with the new guy, I would come back forthat steak again.

The chicken was undercooked. The bread on the burger bites was burnt, while the burger itself was overcooked and dry. The egg rolls were under-fried, and the beans inside were hard. The lava cake was cold and hard, and it didn't have any gooey filling to speak of.
