Johnny was my server and when I say I loved being there because he made me laugh so much. He was amazing. The food was great. I walked out not remembering his name and ran back and asked his name. I've never been so happy with the server and food. I'd rate10 stars of I could. You can tell he loves his job and it shows. I'm from down south so when I came up here I didn't know whatto expect but when I say I felt at home during the visit and if I had more time up north I would 100% come back.
We had dinner at 7:00, and Meagan, our server, was outstanding! She was truly exceptional and very attentive, always checking to see if we needed anything. Her positive attitude made our experience even better! The food, particularly the chili, was a delightful treat! I'm definitely planning to return for the food, and I hope Meagan will be there when I do. She’s a hardworking server who truly adds to the experience, even if she's busy. Chili's would be wise to keep her on their team!
"Alright, it's Chili's, so it's not necessarily gourmet food, but we had a fantastic experience during our visit. Since we were seated at the bar and are members of their loyalty program, we enjoyed complimentary chips and salsa. They also have a special deal for a drink, an appetizer, and a meal at a great price. I ordered my steak medium, and it arrived with a nice pink center, just as I like it. Our waitress was excellent—quick with refills and attentive to our needs."
I had an amazing experience at Chili's tonight! We frequently visit this location, and it's one of my favorite spots to bring my kids. Our server, Amanda, was incredible—so attentive and wonderful. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service remained excellent. The manager, whose name I believe is Charlie, was also very sweet and friendly. The server greeted us right away, and the food was outstanding. I tried the bacon burger with fries, and it was the best hamburger I've had so far. I will definitely be returning soon. Just a reminder to everyone: if you receive excellent service, be sure to tip well. The standard is usually 20%.
