I had the most disappointing takeout experience I've ever had. I had to request that they remake my order three times because they couldn't follow the ticket accurately. To make things worse, the manager never came out to apologize or address the issue. I will definitely not be coming back.
I visited this Chili's for the first time and we all ordered fajitas, Southwestern eggrolls, and wings. I opted for my usual shrimp and steak fajitas, and they were just as delicious as I remembered. The eggrolls are definitely the standout appetizer on the menu—I could eat them endlessly!
I ordered curbside pickup and ended up waiting an hour, despite being told it would only take 20 minutes. The customer service was quite poor. On a positive note, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with no stairs and plenty of space to move around comfortably.
The service was friendly and exceptional. The staff went out of their way to help us, which I truly appreciated. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Chili's. The food was good—not remarkable, but also not bad. Reserva una mesa ahora
Stinky, dirty, and drinks all taste like dishwater. I never learn. I do takeout from time to time but hoping I wont be back.
Very easy place to find. I love the way the restaurant is laid out. We were there for an early dinner and there was no wait.
