Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

I review places not just based on their service and food but how they try and resolve an issue. I commend the manager Keith for taking the time to talk to me over an issue I had with an order, he listened to what I had to say and genuinely seemed like he cared. That alone sets you apart from 70% of businesses around here, thanks Keith and I’ll see u soon for that delicious quesadilla

Despite being seemingly busy (quite surprising for a legacy restaurant), we were seated and served very quickly. Food smelled amazing upon walking in, and didn't disappoint. Everyone in our diverse group found something on the menu that was appealing and everyone felt they had made good choices. Overall, very happy with the service and food.

Awesome. The Cajun pasta is a MUST try. My first time being there in years. Placed a to go order, and had a really nice server. Very helpful, even suggested a to go cocktail, a margarita. Very good.

This is a one star that should be a zero. My husband and I are frequent usually weekly patrons. Shelby who has been there for years normally waits on us....
