845 at night. Looking for a place open on a Sunday. Chilis is open till 10. We eat at this location at least once a week. We got there at 850 and the dining room was locked. Note on the door said limited seating due to staffing. So we decided to get carry out. We stood in the carry out room for 5 min until a girl came and said I'll be right with you. She walked out and came back in and said. we need to make this quick we decided to close early With that attitude, we left. We will never eat here again. Incredibly rude thing to say to 5 loyal customers.
They literally served me ice cold, when I say ice cold I mean ice cold, mashed potatoes. Stuck my finger in it and the middle was basically frozen. I let the waitress know and she didn’t even seem concerned and said “oh we just took those out”. Then went back and got me more that were actually hot. All I can say is I’m so shocked they would even try to serve ice cold mashed potatoes. And she didn’t seem happy it was addressed even though I brought it up nicely. Steak was great though !
Absolutely horrible service; we sat alone at the empty bar, and the bartender only v came by once. We had no silverware when our food arrived. We ran out of napkins and had to get our own another table. We had to stop 2 separate servers to get refills, manager was never around all night. Will not return, do not recommend.
the chickens with garnel and rice ordered. everything was moist tasty delicate and tasted absolutely amazing. the staff was very attentive and friendly. would recommend everyone. Stop and give them a try that you don't feel sorry. they are remodeling, please note this. definitiw will be a return customer for life.

My family and i love chilis and they’re usually really good with everything but this time we did a curb side and they forgot our chips and queso and didn’t put anything on the corn and it was very dry. The chicken salad was different and not as good. Will definitely be going back but just a bad experience.
the waitress was fantastic and our food was delicious. only reason for the 4/5 was that our steaks were a bit dry and we had to wait one to take a place, although it was not super busy. they also have a trivia game at the tables and it was super fun and it is the main reason that we come back happy
Absolutely the best service and food we have had in a long time. Even had the manager come to our table to let them know they were doing so great. The food was cooked to perfection. Picture perfect actually which is rare for restaurants. Food came out hot, fresh, and quick.
I understand about labor shortages at this time, but to be ABSOLUTELY, COMPLETELY IGNORED for 15+ minutes after we came in the door has to be one of the worst things I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Not a single person even looked our way or acknowledged us at all.

we visited after a graduation party in the ud arena. the service was excellent, and eating was great! and they still have some of the best chips and salsa that they can find anywhere!
the chickens and wads are delicious. the service was on the spot. the black raspberry margs were amazing!
