Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Sad state of affairs here. Food is wrong every time. Food came out dripping in grease. Food is cold. Just disgusting food now. You stand and wait to be seated at non busy times. This place used to be good. Don’t tell me it’s a COVID thing. People just aren’t trained right or even care about the customer anymore. Done with Chili’s. They were our go to place for lunch or a quick dinner for the last 25 years too!!! Thank you Meridian Chili’s. :

My wife and I eat our large meal at lunch time. Chili's has always been one of our favorite places so we went for lunch. We had an outstanding experience today ! We ordered off the build your own with drinks, appetizers and entre with he most expensive being $12.99. Fantastic cheese burger and chicken fajitas for $23.00. Great service and even the iced tea was unusually good. We will be back !

recently rediscovered chili’s and were satisfied with our recent visit. happy hour changes day by day, but some new menu items are worth trying. it is a sad condition if their smokehouse selections are better than some local dedicated bbq connections.

Excellent food and service from Salva at the bar and the rest of the staff. Had her Chipotle Chicken fresh Mex Bowl but with Fajita meat instead of chicken... super delicious! Your Multon Lava cake is the best in town.

Waited 30 minutes to get seated, then 30 more after being seated and never got drinks, food or anything. We ended up walking out. We usually like the food, but tonight customer service gets a zero!
